For sale, this excellent contemporary watercolour of HMS Effingham, launched 1925, signed under mount VRE. A well-executed watercolour showing bright colour and no foxing, fade, or water damage. HMS Effingham was refitted just prior to WW2 but was sunk on 18th May 1940 during to Norway campaign. A great example. Frame size 35.5cm long by 25.5cm tall. Mount faded.
