For sale, this fine GWR (Great Western Railway) Stationmasters or Guards pin-set pocket watch by the Lancashire Watch Co Ltd, dating pre-1910, issue no GWR 3241. A rare example by this maker, with a good fully signed dial that shows only a couple of faint stress lines, and a good deep-blued handset. The case has good tight hinges and tight closing but as expected has general service wear and tear. The fully signed gilt pin-set movement is in full working order keeping time. A large heavy example with a diameter excluding the crown and stem tube of 54.5mm and a depth of 16mm. A great example by a scarce maker. The price is £795.00, including shipping to within the UK.
