For sale is a good mid-19th century watercolour by R R Scanlan (1801-1876). Depicting a pair of terrier's, the painting is well executed in depth and detail. Further signed R M C Sandhurst which refers to the Royal Military College Sandhurst and as probably painted whilst also painting one of his military themed watercolours. Very good condition with no damage or foxing and still with strong colouring. Probably the original Oak frame. Size 38cm by 29.5cm Price £165.00
