For sale, a rare fine L.N.E.R. (London North East Region) Station Master wall clock No 9258, formerly at Peterborough East, dating early 20^th century. Fitted in its original mahogany case with its original and unrestored 12-inch dial and its fine 8-day fusee movement. The movement has been recently serviced and is now in full working order keeping time. This clock was later assigned to British Rail Eastern Region but retained its original issue No 9258. From the L.N.E.R. records this clock is recorded as being the Station Masters Clock at Peterborough East. The clock was transferred out of service on 13^th March 1959.
