For sale this good GWR (Great Western Railway) issued brass drum clock no 2547, by J M Skarratt & Co Paris, circa 1900. A good enamel fully signed dial retaining its original deep blued handset, the dial showing only very slight service wear and slight damage as shown in the high-resolution pics. Excellent platform escapement movement that has just been fully serviced and is now in good working order. The brass case in good condition, the case back with an old solder mark covering a previous GWR ref no. Quite a rare clock by this maker and in better than average condition. Size diameter 9.7cm and 6cm deep and approx. 10.5cm tall. Price £595.00
