For sale, this good example of a WW2 Bulova RAF issued 6B/234, backup pilots, navigators, or air crews watch, ref 6B/234 A 11194, circa 1943. Originally a Bulova A-11, fitted with the 10 AK Bulova hacking movement, then either land leased or purchased by the War Office and reassigned to the RAF. The watch has an excellent original dial and handset; The case retains approx. 70% original chrome plate. Fully marked case back, and original crown. Excellent movement fully signed a referenced 10 AK. This example also retains its original movement dust cover and original water-resistant washer. Fitted on a nice character leather strap. A great set which is becoming difficult to find in this type of original condition. The watch is in full working order keeping time. Price £595.00 inclusive of shipping to within the UK.
