Omega WW2 RAF issued 6B/159 pilots all stainless steel watch, re-issued Pakistan Airforce

For sale this exceptional, rare, and desirable, Omega WW2 RAF issued full stainless-steel pilots/navigators watch, ref 6B/159 issue no A9673, then re-issued to the Pakistan Air Force circa 1947. Fully signed throughout and in full working order, they do not get much better than this one on offer. Yes, it is a full stainless-steel case with fixed strap bars. Excellent fully signed dial and deep-blued handset. The watch is in full working order keeping time. The inside of the snap case back is also signed and carries the case ref number 10549123. Fitted on a Stainless steel Bonklip strap. Diameter 32.5mm excluding crown.
One other illustrated example is shown in Military Timepieces by Z M Wesolowski, issue no A12696, also bearing the PAF mark, but the author referring that particular example to the Polish Air Force.
It is today now considered that the PAF stands for the Pakistan Airforce which was created and equipped by the British Royal Airforce as part of the creation and partitioning of India and Pakistan in 1946-1947.
